Jam-packed full of hand-crafted, fresh and season-specific ingredients, our menus dynamically reflect on what The Foundry is willing to bring to the table (figuratively, as well as literally). This Modern American Kitchen has dishes created by classically trained Chef, Teddy Smith, that showcase everything from Surf & Turf to the classic Foundry Burger, all with an upscale twist, without the upscale price.
Focusing on a fun dining style fixated on sharable dishes, our dinner menu features small plates to pass and taste, as well as larger plates for a more familiar dining experience. The Foundry will also be providing a kids' menu for our littlest diners, and a dessert menu for those of you looking for post-dinner decadence (or pre-dinner, we don't judge!).
