Since our announcement of The Foundry back on May 16, 2016, we have been working diligently and with purpose to put together a physical reality of a mental notion we had at the start of it all. We've provided Ridiculously Good Cooking at PUBLIC Mobile Kitchen and Clean Slate Catering for the last few years, (and if you haven't heard the news yet, then this is the perfect time to pay attention) and we are now in the process of opening a restaurant.
In addition to paper signing, license getting, and business planning, there is a good bit of renovation and wall-painting that is going into this process. We want to get you in on the ground floor. Quite literally.
The days of wonder and head-scratching are over (or maybe just beginning) as we show you a few sneak-peaks of the early stages of The Foundry. Take a look at some of the images below, and keep an open mind to the awesome potential of every square inch.
